- Submit an enquiry or contact form - your name, phone number, email, city, language of interest and any message you write.
- Enrol in a paid course - your name, email, phone, billing address (when applicable) and payment confirmation details returned by our payment processor (Razorpay).
- Communicate with us over WhatsApp, email or phone - the content of those conversations.
- Visit our website - basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and approximate location, collected via cookies and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, if enabled).
We do not store your full credit card or bank details. All payment information is captured directly by Razorpay, our PCI-DSS-compliant payment partner.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To respond to your enquiries and recommend the right course or batch.
- To process your enrolment, deliver your classes and issue your certificate.
- To send you class schedules, worksheets, recordings and study material.
- To send occasional updates about new batches, fee changes or course launches (you can opt out anytime).

- To comply with applicable laws, regulations and legitimate requests from authorities.
3. Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with trusted partners who help us run the academy:
- Razorpay - to securely process your fee payments.
- Email / SMS / WhatsApp providers - to send you class communications and updates.
- Hosting and analytics providers - to keep this website online and understand how it is used.
- Government / regulators - if we are legally required to disclose information.
Each of these partners is bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
4. Cookies and analytics
